"I would give this hotel six stars if I could! Our suite was spacious and had all the amenities. We loved having a private onsen. The rooftop onsen was also great. Our 10 course dinner was fabulous. We ordered the Kaiseki. It was delicious. Breakfast the next day was also amazing...we ordered the Japanese breakfast and it was a 3 drawer bento box plus other things. This whole experience was a treat!"

There were multiple different types of onsen that we could try out, including private ones, which is super awesome if you bring a partner. It was quiet and not too crowded.
