Overview
The Mori Art Museum offers not only some of the best exhibitions in Tokyo, but also offers some of the best views of the city. Occupying the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills, it features special exhibitions throughout the year, with a focus on architecture and contemporary art. The gallery space is separate from the observation deck, so an extra ticket is required. The views are truly stunning, offering a complete 360 panorama of the city.

For photographers, tripods are not allowed. The space is dimly lit to help with the views, but you'll still find some mild reflections in your photos.
Weekends can get quite busy.
For the best views and photos, check the daily pollution levels.
There is a casual cafe and a fancy restaurant available which also offer lovely views.
