Our Expertise
I worked as a private tour guide for affluent travellers in Japan for 3 years, and on top of this, I worked for the Park Hyatt resort in Niseko, Hokkaido. The Genji Kyoto
The Genji Kyoto is a stunning boutique property that forms part of the Marriott's Design Hotel collection. Opening 2022, it quickly became one of Kyoto's most sought after hidden gems, and was award the Michelin Key in 2024 and 2025. The property is an architectural paradise, it's a modern recreation of a traditional Kyoto townhouse, and has modelled around the themes expressed in the famous novel The Tale of Genji. From morning to night, exceptional food and drinks can be enjoyed on the rooftop garden, which offers stunning views over the Kamo River, Higashiyama, and famous temples such as Kiyomizudera. The Marufukuro
Marufukuro is a gorgeous boutique hotel housed in the former headquarters of Nintendo. This unique concept offers a glimpse into the company's nostalgic past, with restored architecture, vintage furnishings, and a museum lounge dedicated to Nintendo's history. The property consists of four buildings, including three historic Art Deco structures, and a modern annex designed by the renowned architect Tadao Ando. The Hotel Seiryu Kiyomizu
The Seiryu Hotel is located in the historically preserved streets of Higashiyama, right next to the famous Kiyomizudera temple. It's a stunning and remarkable property, housed in a 1933 building of a former primary school. The renovations have preserved the nostalgic architecture of the 1930's, with grand staircases and long wooden hallways, that give the whole place a unique retro vibe.
